Fruits and vegetables are living products with a limited durability. The fresher they are, arriving to the markets, the better. Length of transportation and optimal temperature conditions during transportation are crucial elements.

When the products leave our suppliers a correct travel temperature is prescribed, and during the transport the cargo is monitored by experienced export drivers. The refrigerated cargo trucks are all equipped with a temperature control devise that enables us to check the travel temperature upon arrival.

Our purchasing agents make all the transport arrangements in order to control their product from departure to arrival which can usually be estimated within a two hours margin or less.

The Lembcke Group is not only selling fruit and vegetables to the Danish market. We also have an extensive export to Scandinavia and the Baltic region. To us it is never a done deal before the product has arrived in a good condition to the end customer.

Packaging

The Lembcke Group owns its own packaging plant that is subject to a strict hygiene and quality control. At the plant we are packaging fruits and vegetables in consumer-friendly sizes and wrappings.
