Lembcke Free is a very active staff club. The club aspires to create coherence between work and time off, as well as to give colleagues in the various departments a chance to better get to know one another, besides promoting team spirit and improved cooperation across department lines.

Each month, Lembcke Free offers 1-2 arrangements, which normally result in massive support and success. These arrangements offer the members activities involving sports, culture, recreational and social events. Often, the employee's family members are invited to participate, which aides in creating a natural balance between work and time off.
